ABOUT

We believe genuine recovery is built on an individual’s ability to link self-resolve and personal values towards finding a way to contribute meaningfully to the spaces in which we share. Recovery is a process of finding belonging.

The 3 Core Wellbeing Dignities

Lillylinks.com is a self-directing Mental Health & Wellbeing e-learning and resource platform designed for individual home use. Our Linking Recovery spaces are governed by the principles of living recovery. This is underpinned by the 3 dignities & our 3 wellbeing attitudes.

        1.  Dignity of Life.

        2.  Dignity of Risk.

        3.  Dignity of Choice.

We use process and function-based recovery to link beyond our pain and suffering to living meaningful lives. The e-learning recovery courses, printable tools and coaching aides support the ability to link personal living solutions. This results in life’s purposes being the focus of recovery rather than profession directed interventions.

Lillylinks.com 3 wellbeing are delivered with the following attitudes.

Our 1st Attitude: Compassion for diversity.

Our core duty of care is to create a trauma-informed learning platform that links recovery to everyday life and supports regardless of traditional barriers to assistance.

Our 2nd Attitude: Trust in others.

We aim to support a person’s ability to take life risks to trust themselves by equipping personal safeguarding with other people, spaces, places, and things. Plus assisting the ‘should I see someone for that issue’ thinking-game to further seek suitable support and assistance.

Our 3rd Attitude: Flexibility of Choice.

We believe that equitable access is the most critical solution to support recovery. The most frustrating part to all recovery is being ready and not knowing where or how to start. Our platform uses short, simple, and effective methods that you are able to self-direct from your home and daily life.

We aim to achieve this by:

  • Being a trusted voice in the meatal health recovery space for self-directed home-based recovery solutions.
  • Giving practical supports, helps, and prompt tools for the direct use of individual participants and their family.
  • Supporting Recovery Focused learning in how to the handle ‘tough stuff’ by creating personal safeguarding.
  • Creating recovery printables and e-learning solutions for those who want to improve their own wellbeing.
  • Providing a wide range of choice that link recovery focused educational to practical solutions of supports.
  • Making coaching and personal assistance options available within the framework of Peer Practitioner supports.

These value-based concepts underpin our linking recovery place. Welcome to our home, Welcome to Recovery!
